By accessing and using HytaleRank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HytaleRank is a server listing platform for Hytale game servers. We provide a directory where server owners can list their servers and players can discover and vote for servers.

3. User Accounts

To add a server or vote, you must authenticate using Discord. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate votes or rankings

4. Server Listings

By listing a server on HytaleRank, you agree that:

• You have the authority to list the server
• The server information provided is accurate
• The server complies with all applicable laws
• The server does not promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content
• You will not use vote manipulation techniques

We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion without prior notice.

5. Voting

Users may vote for servers once every 24 hours per server. Vote manipulation, including but not limited to using bots, multiple accounts, or incentivized voting schemes that violate game terms of service, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal of the server listing and/or user ban.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate rankings or votes
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Harass other users or server owners
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

HytaleRank and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HytaleRank and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. HytaleRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios or Riot Games.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any servers listed on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

HytaleRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
